They lead the industry in architectural development, and water born coatings. Sherwin Williams is also the leader in Green Solutions. Green initiatives are becoming second nature for governments, corporations, and property owners  Spartan Chemical Company was founded in 1956 has been supplying our Service Division for many years. Spartan Chemical training systems, philosophy, and certifications are also used in our training division. Spartan Chemical Company is celebrating its 50th anniversary on May 10, 2006. We use Spartan Chemical Companies Clean Check program as one of the training tools, this State-of-the-art Training System is a great asset for our students as professional custodians.  Cleaning Management Institute was established in 1964 for the education and professional development of cleaning and maintenance professionals, manager, supervisors and executives. It offers a nationally recognized Custodial Technician Training program in which students can receive a certificate in basic cleaning procedures as well as advanced cleaning procedures.  Right Choice Janitorial Company has 40 years experience. They offer their full support and expertise in all areas of cleaning and maintenance. Right Choice is a Certified Janitorial Training Center, and works with RES in training our students. Merkt Educational Group and Associates is a full service educational and consulting company teaching a verity of different cleaning disciplines and is a strategic partner with RES. Bob Merkt (owner) assists RES with training, consulting, design and implementation of training programs. He is a Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) certified instructor an Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) approved instructor, author, educator and industry expert. He has over 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry |

Training This collaborative training effort is done with Multicultural Community Services, a non profit community based organization since 1972 is partnered with Roder Enterprise Solutions Training Division for Commercial Cleaning, Hard Floor Surfaces, Carpeted Floor Surfaces, Painting and Drywall, and Entrepreneurship training programs. Multicultural Community Services provides training for Milwaukee’s disadvantaged, unemployed, and under employed residents. The collaborative partnership between RES and MCS has supplied the Milwaukee community with a well trained and ready-to-work workforce while providing employment opportunities.
Studenst are immersed throughout the training with hands-on experience using equiptment necessary for employment in cleaning and specialty divisions.At the end of each training course, Multicultural invites facility service providers, painting contractors and other potential employers to participate in a job fair with a goal of placing students that graduate from each program. Students are placed in one of our 6 week training programs.

Exams - Results CM Institute Exams: There are 5 module exams given. At the end of the training Students will have a national certification as custodial technicians. Spartan Chemical Co. Green Seal certificate of Recognition Clean Check testing with certificates as building service professionals Carpet & Floor care certificates from RES & MEGA Companies |
